Greg Goodere

Greg’s background includes more than 25 years of executive search, human resources and operations experience in high growth technology companies across multiple industries. Prior to joining JS Robertson, Greg held the position of Vice President and Managing Director, as well as founder of the high technology search practice for Montgomery West, a leading Silicon Valley high technology retained search firm.

Goodere’s corporate technology experience spans twenty plus years including Vice President of Worldwide Human Resources for Conner Peripherals, a $2.5 billion software and storage solutions company. Greg served in a variety of positions for Dataquest, a world-leader in high technology market research, with his last assignment being Sr. Vice President of Human Resources and Operations, and a member of the Executive Committee. Greg began his career with Memorex where he held various human resources and operations management positions.

Greg holds a Bachelor of Sciences degree in business administration from San Jose State University and has served on the Board of Directors for the Santa Clara Chapter of the American Red Cross.

Greg is very accomplished in helping create organizations to meet the needs of technology companies at their various stages of growth. He demonstrates a superb balance of people and business skills that combine to assure excellent search results.


Pam Hart

Pam Hart is a senior search consultant with more than 20 years of experience in recruiting human resource consulting and corporate human resource management.

Since 1986, Pam has provided human resource consulting and recruiting services to Bay Area companies including Altera Corporation, Western Employer Associates, and IRI International. For the past six years Pam’s strength in recruiting and building cross-functional teams in the semiconductor industry business segment has been evident in her successful assignments in marketing, sales, engineering, operations, finance, and IT.

Pam began her career with Macy’s California where she recruited junior executives in merchandising, operations, data processing, and finance. She followed this with five years at Chevron Corporation, joining them in a fast track program where she had both generalist and specialist responsibilities in domestic and international HR management.

Pam holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of San Francisco and Bachelor of Arts degrees in Economics and International Relations from UC Davis.

Pam embodies all of the qualities that JS Robertson demonstrates to their technology clients. Strong business basics, an emphasis on HR and team building, total customer orientation and an ability to think outside of the box when looking for organizational solutions.

Kay has a Bachelor of Education degree in Cognitive Psychology from the University of Queensland, Australia, and a Masters Degree in Management /Organizational Change from J.F. Kennedy University/NTL, California.

Sandy Mrykalo
Director of Research and Administration

Sandy has had an extensive career in materials management within technology companies of the Bay area for over 20 years. She developed a wonderful reputation for her ability to find the right products at the best price and the right time. Sandy enhanced her reputation by continually providing unflagging customer support and her demonstrated skill in developing "win win" partnerships with her vendors.

Sandy was the first materials executive hired by most of her companies including, Altos (acquired by Acer), Visulux (acquired by TRW) and Supertek (acquired by Cray Computer). She hired the staff, developed the teams, the processes, procedures and played a significant role in the product and manufacturing organizations.

Sandy's organizational skills, people selection and team building skills are brought into continuous use for our clients.


Mike Paradis

Mike Paradis’ experience combines more than 30 years of global human resources executive management, retained search and human resources consulting in multiple industries. These include software, telecommunications, network infrastructure, computer hardware and storage, utilities and life sciences.

Before joining JS Robertson, Mike was Executive Search Director for Montgomery West, a San Jose based retained search firm.

In 1998 Mike founded NetCreateHR, a human resources capital advisory consulting business focused on the development of HR vision and strategy, talent acquisition, HR technology, change leadership, and redesign of HR infrastructure and processes.

Paradis has held corporate roles as corporate Vice President of Human Resources for OnCare, Inc., a clinically focused oncology management and software start up company and as Vice President of Human Resources for Conner Peripherals, a $2.5 billion manufacturer of hard disk drives, software and other storage products. Mike also had a successful management career in Human Resources with Memorex Telex Corporation, a $1.5 billion supplier of enterprise networks and storage solutions. He concluded his career at Memorex in the role of corporate Vice President of Human Resources.

Mike holds a bachelor’s degree from Gonzaga University, has key strengths in organizational design and team building.

Jim Robertson

Jim's background includes 30+ years of human resource management experience, the last 20 years working with technology companies in the San Francisco Bay area. His competencies cover all aspects of human resources and administration with a clear specialty in team building and recruiting.

He began his technology career as Director of Human Resources for National Semiconductor Europe. Robertson was part of the team responsible for the establishment of National as one of the early successes creating Semiconductor manufacturing capability in Scotland. Jim went on to become National's Corporate Director of Employee Relations. He gained significant start-up experience as a founding member of a disk drive company, where as a member of the executive committee, he demonstrated management leadership over all administration except finance.

Immediately prior to returning to the search profession, Robertson was the Director of Worldwide Staffing for KLA Instruments Corporation. He was successful in establishing global recruiting programs to meet explosive corporate growth (employee base rose by 2000 worldwide over 2 year period). Jim was the executive responsible for ensuring that global recruiting programs were developed and that they met the projected business needs for each country. In this role he was significantly involved in organization design and executive recruitment and placement.

Through his involvement building organizations worldwide, Jim has developed a unique understanding of the complex requirements of corporate organizations at the various stages of their growth. His balance of skills as a corporate manager and a very senior recruiter blend well to represent technology firms in this incredibly competitive recruiting market.
